CREDIT UNION LAW
A credit union member since childhood, Michele understands the Credit Union Movement. She is now a member of two credit unions, including the original one.
Having worked for a bank for three years before law school, Michele knows well the day-to-day functions of financial institutions and their operations. For over twelve years, she has provided legal services to over forty credit unions which has given her both deep and wide experiences to better serve clients.
She trains credit union volunteers, managers and supervisors as well as all staff on legal issues from her unique prospective. Topics include Board duties and responsibilities, sexual harassment, confidentiality and privacy laws and business ethics.
